Please help me with Apple Watch series 3

On your iPhone Watch App click on General/About...scroll to the bottom and click on "View the Apple Watch User Guide". You can also Put the Watch User Guide in your "Books App" by going to the Book App and searching for Apple Watch User Guide.

You can go to the Books app on your iPhone and/or iPad and look for the Apple Watch User Guide- it’s a very comprehensive guide to using your Apple Watch. You can also check out the Apple Support YouTube channel, the regularly post videos with a bunch of tips/tricks for using all your Apple devices.
