Music app is crashing and it’s not allowing me to update

My iPhone is saying it’s restoring after transferring from old phone , this is from 3 days ago .

Hello,


Hmm, so the restore did not complete successfully, correct? See this:


If your iTunes backup couldn‘t be completed or you can‘t restore from a backup


If it is successful, but the Music app still doesn't work, try deleting the Music app and downloading it again:


Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS 10 device or Apple Watch

Redownload apps, music, movies, TV shows, and books from the iTunes Store, iBooks Store, and App Store

Master your music
