I've lost the ability to get incoming mail on my IPAD pro.Messages say - not downloaded from server. With all the confusion of trying, lots of passwords have been used, changed.
Where do I begin? I do get mail on my cell phone.
Help, please.
I would go out to AOL.com, change the password to one you can remember and then sign out on all your iOS devices and back in with the right password.
