Updates for a laptop instead of an Apple product

In order to change my payment method or make purchases on iTunes, I need to do an update on my device - but it's not an Apple product, it's a Lenovo laptop. Any suggestions

You should be using iTunes for Windows 12.6.5.3 or 12.7.2.58 or better.

See Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support. Some cards might not be acceptable. If you're having trouble making a change following the advice there try the Payment & Shipping area of https://appleid.apple.com/account/manage.
