Incorrect Expiration Date for Credit Cards Stored in Apple Pay

I am having a heckuva time getting the correct expiration date to show up for my stored cards. I have deleted my credit cards and let the camera scan them again (initially Apple Pay shows the correct date, but when I go to autofill for an online purchase the month jumps ahead). I deleted the cards again and next I manually entered both cards - obviously inputting the correct exp date, but lo and behold the software again takes the month (10) and moves it up to 9. What gives???! Please fix...very annoying to have to correct the date with each online purchase.
