How do I get iTunes icon back on my iphone

So I can get into app store. iPhone 7 plus

The App Store is accessed via the "App Store" icon. If the App Store or iTunes Stores icons are not visible, the usual reason is that there is a restriction on purchasing. See: Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
