Display Arrangement Tab Missing

I connected my Macbook Pro to the tv last night and today it is not recognising my monitor.

I have new cables and a new monitor (working perfectly prior to connecting to the TV)
I have turned everything off and disconnected all cables
Rebooted and reconnected
Conducted an SMC Reset
Pressed Option to unhide display detection - but no response.

I'm out of ideas now. :/ If anyone could assist that would be great.
