Songs i already had downloaded in my library have disappeared

i have had apple music for a while now but for some reason all the music from my library is gone. i still have apple music and am able to get songs but all the songs i already had downloaded in my library have disappeared.

Settings > Music > Optimize Storage and be sure the option to Optimize Storage is disabled - if you don’t want this
