When someone call me I can’t receive

i am using iPhone 6s 16 gb,it is almost 4 years old,but now whenever someone call me I.cannot received their calls,even I can call them

Update your software

Remove and reinsert your SIM card
If your iPhone has a SIM card, remove the SIM card, then reinsert it.
