Trying to transfer Apple Pay to bank but tells me I can’t because my naming billing address isn’t correct. Well it is. On both cards. Help please.

It may be on the card but

Check the following

The Card that you are adding is of the same country as that of Apple Pay Billing Address Country on your iPhone
You have valid Card / debit / credit card from an authorised bank from the same country
