Email wont send

Has happened to all our mobile devices, 2x iphones and 2x ipads

an still send and receive emails from Mac

so far have deleted and reinstalled btinternet email address

on advive from btinternet did this again and left for 24 hours before reinstalling

no change

have gone into outgoing server settings and re entered password

still same error message. Sender address rejected by server

help!

You'll need to escalate the issue with btinernet, not an Apple or Apple device issue.
