Tinder charges and subscription

I have charges on my account from the Tinder App for a subscription and purchases in the app that I did not request. These charges are over 100.00 in charges on my Apple account. I have since pulled my credit card from my Apple account. This subscription just keeps being billed to me over and over. This has been a hassle month after

month getting these charges taken off. I never subscribed to Tender or made any purchases with this app. I want a refund and I don’t want them to ever charge my account for another subscription.

Have you stopped the subscription and contacted iTunes Support ? You know that these are user forums, so obviously nobody on here can refund anything.


To stop a subscription : View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund recent charges as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com


Or you can try contacting iTunes Support via : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww (click on your country's flag, the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on the account ; click on Contact Support towards the top right ; click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us’)
