It appears you're correct. I see iPhone, not iPad.
When I look on MAC and iPad, I cannot find the Wallet App....
The only place is in Settings, where you can add a personal credit card to the Wallet, but not a Wallet App that would enable me to request this new credit card . :(

I get it. I know what you are trying to do. What I was trying to ask was, can you apply in the Wallet & Apple Pay Settings on the iPad? It appears to me that you can’t because, from what you posted from the email it says “Make sure your iPhone is running iOS 12.4.... I see no mention of an iPad.
Reports in the press say that applications must come through the Wallet app on an iPhone currently.
Was trying to take advantage of my early invite for the Apple Card. I have a new 15 MBP and iPad but don't know how to officially request the card as neither of these devices have the Apple Wallet App.
Any advice other than getting a new iPhone?

I have the private invite with instructions to proceed to the Wallet App.
I don't have this Wallet App on the MAC nor on the iPad.... see where I'm going?

I’m sorry, I totally misunderstood what you were getting at. Did you try going through the Wallet And Apple Pay Settings on the iPad? Can you add the card in there? I tried to Google this to see what I could find, but I see nothing definitive.

I already have the invitation. I do not need to sign up and ask, I did that many weeks ago. The email just came approving me to request the Apple Card early.
So please stop thinking I am looking to request the card, I am not looking to ask for approval to get it.
