Activation Lock
I bought an iPod but it has an activation lock on it that is not my Apple ID and I can't contact who I bought it from. is there a way to bypass the activation lock??

You bought a small, useless slab of glass.
There is no way to defeat or circumvent Activation Lock and Apple will not help you either since you are NOT the original owner of this iPod Touch.
Try and get your money back, if you can.
If not, I hope you did not pay a lot.
