i have a iPhone 7 Plus and I downloaded instagram on it and I uninstalled it now it has a cloud next to it in the App Store how do i get it to go away so it says get again

You don't, you tap on the cloud icon to download it again.

That’s the thing I domt wanna do dat again sum was wrong with the insta app soo I deleted it to download it again sooo how do I delete the app of my cloud

If you click on the cloud icon you are downloading it again from the same place.
