screen is going crazy and and phone talks every time i touch it

can anyone help please. a year ago or so I had the same problem. I must have pressed certain button to put the phone into a talking mode. can not unlock or use the phone at all. sometime a little window is showing now the screen is also black still talk when touching.

Sounds like you activated Voice Over, and maybe Zoom.


Try double tapping the screen with 3 fingers to Zoom out.


Then triple click the side button to bring up the Accessibility shortcut menu. tap once on Voice Over to select it, it will speak its name, and then double tap to turn if off.


Or just say "Hey Siri, turn off Voice Over" and she should turn it off.
