identical exchange account exsists

I deleted my exchange email address. Later I tried to set it up again, but it says...

Cannot Create Account. An identical Exchange Account already exists.

Any help please?

cannot remove exchange account I have an old exchange email account that isn't active it was related to my maiden name and my company gave me a new email address when I changed it. I am trying to remove this old account from my phone as I have a new phone and need to set up a new profile to start getting all my emails. I was able to remove my functioning new name account with the delete button, but I cannot remove the old account this way. I have gone into settings to try and remove a possibly associated profile but there is not one to remove. how do I get rid of this account?

iPhone 13 "duplicate Exchange Account already exists" On my iPhone 13 I am getting a "duplicate Exchange Account already exists" after I have deleted my Exchange account and try to set it up again. It is not appearing any where so not sure what to do?

It would be better if you can please post a screenshot, in order to understand the phenomenon better.
