I can’t get my apple music back , the icloud music library button won’t appear in the music tab in settings . i need help to getting my music back !

How can I retrieve my lost music and playlists on Apple Music? I haven’t had Apple Music for awhile, maybe a couple months, due to personal reasons but I just got it back yesterday and ALL of my music/playlists that I’ve put so much time into and had for years are GONE! Usually when I would miss a payment and then pay it again, my music was still there. But not this time. And everything is on the same iCloud and everything is synced to my iCloud! ICloud Music Library Couldn't Be Enabled I ran out of space on my IPhone, so I wiped everything off. Now I'm logging into my Apple Music and all of my music is gone. When I went in my settings, my ICloud Music Library was on. I turned it off, then turned it back on in the hopes it would start to work. Instead, I was faced with an error claiming that it was "unable" to be turned back on and to try again later. Where is my music? I had many playlists which I don't want to lose.

Try this:

Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.and Turn on “Show Apple Music”
