Welcome screen not showing on erased phone

I just erased my iPhone 5s to trade in for an XR. After erasing, the welcome screen came on and in error I made it go to the next screen where you choose your language. Now if I turn the phone off and back on the language screen is the first screen you see. Is there any way to make it go back to the more pristine looking state of showing the welcome screen first. Probably not a big deal but I am curious.

Thanks.

Have you tried restarting?

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Follow the steps to restart your device.

How to restart

Restart your iPhone 8 or earlier or iPod touch

  1. Press and hold the Top (or Side) button until the power off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn your device completely off.*
  3. After your device turns off, press and hold the Top (or Side) button again until you see the Apple logo.

* With iOS 11 or later, you can turn off your device by going to Settings > General> Shut Down.

I thought I had restarted my iPhone before I even posted my question, and I thought that didn't work; however, it was late at night, I was tired, I probably didn't know what I was doing. At any rate, after I shut down the phone and went to bed everything was back to normal (phone showing Welcome screen) when I turned the phone back on in the morning.

Thanks for taking the time to post a suggestion.
