Every time I try to play a song I get a message saying “cancelled”

every time I try to play a song I get a message saying “cancelled”. The song never plays and The song disappears. I checked my subscription and it’s still active

First, Check System Status

Visit  to see if there are interruptions in service in your country or region.the Apple System Status page


Try signing out of iTunes then sign back in. Make sure iCloud music library is turned on


Sign out of the iTunes Store and then sign back in.

In settings - Music - Turn off iCloud Music Library and then turn it back on.and Turn on “Show Apple Music
