How do I lock my child completely out of the settings app? I don't want him in any section of the settings. Screen Time does not solve this dilemma.

Hello,

At this time there is no way to limit access to the Settings application. You may benefit from using Guided Access mode in Settings -> Accessibility to restrict your child to one specific application. I also suggest submitting feedback to Apple.
