My son is under my family account on iPhone, he is 10. I had screen time content restrictions set up and he went in and turned them off. Is that possible without the screen time passcode?

He shouldn’t be able to without the screen time password. If he has access to your iCloud account or device it’s possible he could be changing it from your account/device.
