Wrong billing

I received a bill of more than 80$ on my iTunes account, yet I didn’t purchase anything. I checked purchases under my Apple ID and I hadn’t paid for anything. How do I get a refund?

Click here for information. If the article doesn't cover it, use the links in section 6.

To ask for a refund, use this form to contact the iTunes Store staff, or if you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it.

If the charge doesn't show up anywhere in your family group, your bank card may be compromised.
