About bundling Apple Music through mobile phone service providers - Apple Support
If you get an Apple Music subscription through a mobile provider, then it is administrated through them. The subscription will appear for your mobile account, but not among subscriptions for your Apple account.
To activate the subscription through your mobile provider, your will have to link your Apple ID and mobile number.
If you ever want to cancel the subscription, you will have to contact your mobile provider about that.
