I'm having difficulty subscribing to AppleMusic
Why is a monthly subscription charged on different dates?
And extends for different periods? Please help in resolving this issue.
Also, my payment card is not verified.

Try just adding a new card first Instead of editing or removing old one - then you can remove that one after you’ve got the new one in there. Or try on a Computer.
About the different dates, are you sure these charges say they are for “Apple Music Membership“? Or are these for other Apple charges? check your purchase history to see exactly what the charges are for. You can look at your subscriptions to see when Apple Music next billing cycle is. View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support

There’s choices of individual, student or family; by month or yearly.. Not sure what is meant by different dates.
Also you need to use a valid payment method

I have the individual subscribe. The payments were on the 07. 17 and than on the 08.07. When I try to change or remove payment method, I got the message: "Your method of payment is declined." And when I try to delete the old card and add one more new, I have the message: "For this account You have active subscribe, which needs at least one payment method".
