the top button on my Ipad Pro 12.9 3rd generation is stuck

the top button (next to the volume buttons) on my Ipad Pro 12.9 3rd generation is stuck, this means i cannot switch it off or lock the screen. Anyway for me to fix this?

Hello,

It sounds like the button is jammed. Is it possible that you may have spilled something or had something sticky make contact with the Sleep/Wake button? In either case you will need to have Apple service your iPad.
