Disabled Account

I cannot download free apps without an error message stating “your account has been disabled”. I recently canceled my bank card and added a new one but for some reason it’s not recognizing my new bank card.

Contact iTunes Support in the country where you live (and which is therefore the country on the account) and see if they can/will re-enable it : If you see a message that says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes’
