I have bought a new MacBook Pro in13-inch from the official apple website, and today when I open the Mac to check the serial number of this machine on the official website , I failed every time when I filled the information. What's more, the tips said that " we can not complete the request at this please try again". I don't know what's the problem with this product. Could you give me some explanation ?

I understand from your post that you've purchased a new MacBook Pro and upon checking your service and support coverage you received a message saying the request was unable to be completed at this time. I am happy to help.
I recommend trying it again. Did you also put in the code that is at the bottom of the message as well? That part is required.
