iCloud storage
i received an email saying my iCloud storage is full, but I have the maximum storage plan, and when I look at my usage on my phone it shows that I’ve used but a small percentage of my allowed space.

You received an email? That’s not from Apple. You will get a pop up message on your device if you are low on storage in iCloud. You got a scam email. Don’t click on any links. Ignore it, report it to Apple if you like.
