ECG is not available in my country

i just bought an apple watch 4 and i try to do the ECG but it didn't work and a massage shows that the ECG is not available in my country, even after I change the country

Hi,

The ecg app is only available in some countries and not in all, you can search the web to see if the country you live on allows you to take an ecg
