Hi everyone, I have a little problem with my apple watch, I want to use the ECG app but it says that the app is not available in my country but I see that Madagascar is in the list of countries that can using ECG so I'm a bit confused and I don't know how to fix the problem, does anyone know how to fix the problem or how to activate the ECG app? THANKS

Make sure your watch is updated to the latest WatchOS version (currently WatchOS 9.4).
Make sure you are signed in to the App Store in the country you live and use your iPhone.

Did you buy the watch and iPhone in Madagascar? Or some other country or region? That might explain it. In which case there may be no fix.
The watch was bought in the US but the iPhone comes from france
