Security stop programs opening

Does anyone know how to permanantly allow me to open any program I wish. I am a grown adult and am sick and tired of having to go to system preferences to change settings to allow me to open a program of my choice. I'll take the risk, stop protecting me!! :)

Run this command in the terminal…

sudo spctl --master-disable

to reverse it…

sudo spctl --master-enable
