How do I make an iPhone / iPad formula for counting down from a date or time down to zero. ie hourglass timer

Hi PK Pinky-Brain,
Revised answer. I remembered number tables need a nudge to recalculate. also NOW() will keep track of time of day.
C2=B2−NOW()
Clicking the checkbox on or off will trigger a recalulaation.
