hi. I have a new xr and I'm trying to back up the date from my previous iPhone 8. this morning I did a back up via iCloud (which is both on my Mac and on my xr) but I can't complete it on my new phone (iTunes gives the message 'iTunes could not back up the iPhone 'iPhone' because it is being restored from an iCloud back up'. what can I do? thanks a lot

Are you restoring the backup of the iPhone 8 to the Xr when you receive this message? If you backed up the 8 to iCloud, you can't restore the backup using iTunes.
