Unable to unlock my phone

My phone is locked and the passcode doesn’t come up for me to open my phone

Locked? = please better explain your situation

Frozen? = If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen - Apple Support

Disabled? = If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
