iPod touch 7th Generation

Brand new iPod touch 7th Generation has this screen and is frozen. I have tried a hard reset. Please help?

In this particular situation, I recommend that you follow the steps in the article, Get help with the display on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and if necessary,  contact Apple Support or take your device to an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider.
