remote management invalid profile

my sister has a iPad from uni that she has given to me as she doesn’t not need it anymore after leaving uni. She rang them to ask if they would like it back & they said no to keep it.. we have reset it & updates it to new latest iOS & tried to log in on my iCloud. It now pops up saying remote management invalid profile with the university name. We can’t get off the screen at all. Any advise?
