Overcharges
I have been trying to get a member of apple/iTunes to look at all of the charges on my account. Instead they have locked my account. There are duplicate & triple Billings for 1 purchase in the some of hundreds of dollars which I was told months ago I would receive a reverse of charges , refunding these amounts back to my checking account by iTunes/apple No refund was issued instead they are still trying to over charge me. I called iTunes to find out why no refund & why I am still being over charged I was told by apple/I tunes to contact the game manufacturer to look into this & make gd with a full refund I contacted the gamer which is big fish jackpot magic I received an email from them telling me it’s itune who has made the error. They said it is iTunes I have been trying to get this resolves for months going from iTunes - big fish Getting nothing solved. I am on social security disability I did not authorize these transactions & want someone to look into this. If I can’t get any help I will have no choice but to take this problem to the prosecutor & report this to the social security administration & see if they can help me get this problem fixed.
