Can't access a song I purchased

I purchased a song. When I try to play it on my laptop, I get a message that the computer isn't authorized to play the song. But it is authorized. Even so, I re-authorized it. But when I try to play the song, I still get the message. What's up?

I had the same problem and this solved it. I wish iTunes would just tell me that instead, or figure it out itself and re-download it!
