Add timestamp to photos - iOS Photos app

How can I display the time a photo was taken -- available with Command-I or "get info" -- to either the title of the photo or stamped on the photo, itself? Only way to get it now is by selecting each individual photo and looking at the metadata of command-I. Any simple way to apply a timestamp to a set of photos? Third-party apps? Adobe Lightroom?
