Deleting/uninstalling AVGAntivirus

I installed AVG Antivirus and I wanted to delete it. I unknowingly threw it in the trash without reading the "appropriate" directions to uninstall the antivirus, which stated that dragging it into the trash will not uninstall the program. I watched a video which got it off my system, so now there is no extension on my MacBook Pro's top bar. When I did a deep search by following the steps to this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v90Sc8EOTys&t=26s), but instead for Malwarebytes, I typed in AVG Antivirus to delete my AVG Antivirus files. However, the problem is that there is one file that seems to be unable to be deleted. When I try dragging it into the trash, it states that "AVG Antivirus can't be modified or deleted because it's required by macOS." I want to get rid of this file, but I don't know how. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

The following are the instructions from AVG. Note that at this point you may first need to reinstall it. https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?l=en&urlname=How-to-uninstall-AVG-AntiVirus-for-Mac
