Change display time

New iPhone 7Plus. Factory setting for display is only 15 seconds before the screen goes dark. Not a shut down and any activity still in work is not lost. It’s just irritating to have to touch the button every 15 seconds. There must be a way to set a longer time interval before the display times out. I’m sure I must have seen that option but can’t figure out how to get to it.
