Suddenly today the display on my iPhone 6s turns itself off after about 30 secs. I have to log in all over again to use the phone. Searched for help but all I get is "Screen Time". Cannot find any settings for the display time.

Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto Lock
You can adjust it from 30 seconds to several minutes to Never.

You can adjust it from 30 seconds to several minutes to Never.
Check Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock (although that setting shouldn't have changed on its own).
