How can i get my photos from iCloud onto my new phone?

You have to use same Apple ID and password on the new iPhone that was already used with old iPhone , the data ( photos that were saved with old iPhone must be saved on the iCloud server ) , after that see this article https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204264

Turn on iCloud Photos

  • On your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch with iOS 10.3 or later, go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Photos, then turn on iCloud Photos.


The photos will start syncing from the iCloud server .
