Sir the touch ID of my iPhone is not working the msg shown to my screen is unable to activate touch ID on this iPhone
my whatsapp is also not open because of this
please help

If Touch ID isn't working on your iPhone - Apple Support
If the steps from the article do not help, take your device to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider, or contact Apple Support directly. Bur they will tell basically the same.
