I turned off junk mail filtering and it is still sending emails from a company I always get mail from to junk. It only started after I stopped Siri from access to mail. I don't use Siri for any thing. Is that the problem or should mail work without Siri.

Yeah, it's almost like Apple didn't want us to see it, no idea why putting it in Address doesn't work, but you're not alone.
And if the Server is marking it as junk you may have to settle for a Rule .
How did you shut off Junk Mail filtering?
Have you tried opening the Junk folder, highlighting some & clicking the Not Junk icon... takes awhile to train it.
If you log into WebMail in a Browser without Mail running are new ones getting marked as Junk there?
I shut off filtering using the Mail preferences. I have highlighted this particular company's mail and clicked 'move to inbox'. I don't recall seeing the Not Junk icon. I will look for that when the next item ends up in junk. I'm unfamiliar with WebMail. I use yahoo mail but haven't gone directly to it in some time. Easy to just use apple's Mail. I will check and see if there is a problem there.
Thanks. I will try that the next time I get Junk. I don't recall seeing it there and that is why I just clicked to move it to the inbox. I also made sure the email address from this company is in my contacts but that didn't seem to help. So - Siri has nothing to do with this?
OK, the Not junk icon is what the junk icon changes to in the Junk folder has an up arrow instead of a down arrow...
