Have you just UPGRADED your Mac to a newer macOS like High Sierra or Mojave, if the answer is yes then you will need to download the new versions of Pages, Numbers and Keynote. These can all be downloaded free from the App Store, if they do not appear in the Updates section just enter the name of each app in the search field.
