I reside in Bangladesh and currently using the Apple Watch Series 3. Now I would like to upgrade to the Series 4 for its ECG and other heart related features. But I’ve come to know that all those feature dose t work everywhere.
In in such case an you confirm whether in Bangladesh O can use Series 4 with ball the features

That’s not true. It’s regional set. So it won’t work. As there are a few cases where people have tried that as a work around.
Already saw that lost you have referred to, which straight away means even if I get the watch from USA I still wouldn’t be able to ECG function from Bangladesh.
If if it doesn’t than it is pointless for me to get one. So is there a way around he problem. As such I might be able to use it. I’m suffering from arrhythmia and would’ve loved to be able to use the watch
In order to have ECG active the Apple Watch has to be a model purchased in one of the countries listed in the page I provided. If you buy it in Bangladesh it won't work. If a US citizen, who bought it in USA, comes to Bangladesh it will work.
Yes they would but the time zone would change depending on which country you visit. So hence pick up the region. If not people who brought it would just change to USA region to get it to work. I believe it did this as a work around at the beginning but has been closed with recent updates.
I don't get exactly this time zone/region part.
If, say, a US or Canadian citizen travels to Bangladesh, then his/her Apple Watch switches automatically to the time zone of Bangladesh and so does the region.
Does this means that he/she can't check ECG while abroad unless the region is manually reverted?
Yep that currently how it works. Other wise you would just buy the Watch in a country that it works and is authorised to do so and take to country that is not authorised and have a working ECG.
Even if it’s reverted by to the original region it still won’t work while in that country.
I thought it was implied that a US citizen would have regional settings set on USA. Thanks, seanfromllanelli, for pointing it out.
