Change stores

So I bought a XR recently and I’m in Australia right now, I want to change my store to Australia cause I can’t download some apps from apps store. I tried to cancel my Apple membership but didn’t work. Please help me to fix this! Thanks.

Can’t Change App Store back to Australia I downloaded an app (I think it was Patreon) and iTunes switched me to the US store to do this. I thought nothing more of it. I now have about 33 apps that need updating and it won’t allow me to as it says I’m still using the US App Store. I’ve followed the instructions to switch my ID back in settings but it won’t allow me to as I have 20 cents credit and it insists I spend it. For starters that’s AUD 20 cents and secondly you can’t actually spend 20 cents so I’m stuck in the US store and can’t update my apps. Any ideas? It was happy to change me to the USA. Not so easy to come back.

Changing country/region I have recently moved countries, yet after trying many times to change my region, it still does not allow me to purchase local apps. I have searched and have waited for my iTunes to expire, yet I still can’t change it. The only other thing I can think of is that I’m still using my Australian bank account. Is this the problem? I will be getting a local bank account next week, hopefully this will work, any insight would be most appreciated.
