While I’m on the phone answering calls my Bluetooth disconnects

Dear Sir/Madam

Im having problem with Bluetooth connection, every time I use the headphone while I’m on the phone answering calls my Bluetooth disconnect and I have to re-connect the Bluetooth so I can continue with the call!

I have tried to disconnect the headphone and re-download again but still doing the same thing over and over again.

I even thought the headphone was damaged and changed it, but still doing the same thing by disconnecting!

Can you please book me appointment to go check the handset at white city Apple Store?
